This platform serves as a gallery for my creative portfolio of my projects, including logo designs, patterns, and various graphics, all inspired by the world around me.
A bit about my background: I grew up in beautiful Sonoma County, California, nestled among apple trees, wildflowers, and lots of wildlife. The beauty of my home sparked my creativity from a young age. I'd draw fairies inspired by the apple blossoms, sketch the different birds I saw playing in the birdbath, use berries to make paint, and trace flowers to learn how to depict them realistically on paper. Every inch of our family home was filled with my drawings, and even now, our closets are packed with my artistic projects. The natural world continues to inspire me, influencing the flow of my lines, the choice of colors, and the incorporation of natural elements.
This passion persisted through my academic pursuits; even as I majored in Business Marketing at the University of Portland, my inclination towards art found its way to stand out amidst my more “serious” studies. Post-graduation, I ventured into the corporate marketing field. Although I was learning valuable lessons in brand storytelling and visual communication, something felt missing. No matter how hard I tried to push away my passion for art, I couldn't shake that itch to draw and create. So, I gave in and decided to pursue design, combining it with my marketing experience, which led to the creation of this site!

My Logo!
Now that you've learned a bit about me, I'd love to share the inspiration behind my logo with you!
The first thing you'll probably notice about this design is the cute little cat next to me. I wanted to include this cat illustration, not only because of my own sweet cat Mabel, who inspired this design, but also because cats symbolize many of the qualities I've discovered within myself over the last few years like curiosity, independence, and intuition.
Flowers also play a big role in my logo. Growing up, I spent countless hours running through the wildflower fields in Sebastopol. To me, flowers represent growth, change, and the beauty of caring for something until it flourishes. That’s how I see each project I take on – like a little seed that grows into something amazing with the right attention.
